Aloha Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration is a member of a National Training Organization. Our technicians are required to maintain a very high training standard. Each technician is required to maintain a minimum of 52 certified training hours per year although the average technician logs 75 certified training hours per year. Our clients require proper diagnostics and professional training is essential to accomplish this task. Our technicians do not learn on your job, they are well trained before we arrive on your job.   We frequently are congratulated for successfully diagnosing and repairing systems where three or four other A/C companies have failed.  Our technicians pride themselves in their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy.
