I have been a customer of Aloha Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration for the last eight years. Ric Moa and his crew of trained technicians have worked on and kept running my old heating and air conditioning unit for all those years.

Recently it became apparent that I needed a new unit installed. Ric came to my house and we went over all the details of a new installation. He explained exactly what would take place and what needed to be done.

The installers came on time and did their work very efficiently. They took care of my household items, and cleaned up and vacuumed each day they were here.

Just had your company install air and heat in my older house with no vents. I first thought what a mess it would be – however, I was surprised as the workers Pete, Sergio, and Junior did a very nice job. They worked very hard, taking no breaks and only a very short lunch. They were knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Since I’m an 80 year old widow I was skeptical about having the work done, but now I’m very happy I chose your company. I can’t praise the workers enough and also Ric Moa, my first contact person explained in terms I could understand; he was very helpful in my decision to use Aloha.

Dear Aloha Air,

Recently we moved our corporate office to a larger facility in North Orange County. The new office is a double suite (side by side), with each suite consisting of two floors in the front part of the building and single floors in the back part of the building. The original HVAC configuration had two HVAC units for each suite, each one supplying to back and front upstairs/downstairs sections respectively.

The result of this configuration was inconsistent air temperatures between the floors as the second floor would be several degrees warmer than the first floor.

To fix the problem, Aloha Air recommended to reduct the two front HVAC units to supply one floor each as opposed to each unit supplying the upstairs/downstairs sections of each suite and to move the corresponding thermostat upstairs.

Aloha Air completed the job as described and fixed our temperature control problem with minimal disruption to our office operations. Their workers were very professional, courteous and prompt and they also make sure our office was left clean and orderly in the areas they had been working in.

We are very happy with their work and would certainly consider having them bid future jobs for our company.
